Boylan Bridge Brewpub will offer four different complete prepared Thanksgiving meals, with options serving between 2 and 12 people. Depending on the meal selected, customers can choose between slow roasted turkey, dark cherry glazed roast duck or maple glazed ham. There is also a vegetarian-friendly Thanksgiving feast featuring roasted tofurkey. Each meal comes with choices of starches and vegetables including sage and chestnut stuffing, sweet potato mash topped with praline crust, rosemary roasted potatoes, candied yams, rustic mashed potatoes, roasted root vegetables with caramelized onions, green bean casserole, brussels sprouts with applewood bacon, and braised collard greens. And of course, every Thanksgiving meal must end with a selection of up to three traditional desserts – sweet potato pie, bourbon pecan pie and the classic pumpkin pie.
“We recognize that our patrons want superb quality food for their Thanksgiving holiday feasts, while also wanting to be able to spend time with their families and friends rather than being trapped in the kitchen,” Kellum stated. “By offering a range of ready-to-serve, gourmet-inspired Thanksgiving meals, we are providing a way for our customers to enjoy great food on their holiday table and spend valuable time with their loved ones. And with affordable Thanksgiving meals for groups as small as two or three, everyone can have a traditional Thanksgiving feast, even if they are unable to be with extended family for the holiday.”
Prices for the Brewpub’s Thanksgiving feasts are also affordable. “The Gathering,” which serves 2-4 people, is available for only $12.50 per person. “The Tradition” (serving 6-8) and “The Feast” (serving 8-12) are priced at $16.50 and $19.50 per person, respectively. “The Turkey Got Away,” a vegetarian Thanksgiving meal featuring tofurkey is priced at just $17.50 per person.
