There will be plenty of family-friendly activities all day long including magicians, face painters, balloon artists and more! Kids young and old will enjoy the graceful sailing boats from the Triangle Model Yacht Club as part of the Indy Model Boat Regatta. The fun starts at 4 p.m. on Symphony Lake. If that’s not enough there will also be an Ice Cream Eating Contest brought to you by Lumpy’s Ice Cream.  Prizes will be awarded! The contest kicks off at 5:30 pm at the upper concessions area. Music from the main stage will begin at 5:45 pm with the Cary Town Band followed by the North Carolina Symphony at 7:30 pm. Just down the street from the amphitheatre Lifetime Fitness will host a Kid’s Zone (free of charge) complete with inflatables, a gaming truck and much more in their parking lot from 3-7 p.m. To make it easy for families to make their way to this off-site event free shuttles will run from the amphitheatre to Lifetime Fitness all day long!

Booth Amphitheatre is again offering four-seat tables for purchase. The price is $140 per table (patrons must purchase the whole table) and includes 1 Preferred Parking Pass, Lumpy’s Ice cream and a Star Spangled Swirl Bread from Great Harvest Bread Company.
