Give Your Daughter the Chance to Be a Queen

Does your daughter think she’s a queen? Well, guess what? She can be! It’s almost time for the Little Miss & Teen Miss Johnston County pageant. Baby contestants all the way on up to girls aged 18 are invited to come compete in this exciting preliminary. Winners will be able to advance to the 29th annual Little Miss & Teen Miss North Carolina Pageant this summer.

Contestants will be asked to compete in three main areas: the glamorous beauty competition in which they model their Sunday best, a party dress, or a pageant dress; the casual wear competition where girls show off their favorite, casual outfits (no rhinestones or sequins please!), and the photogenic competition, which asks contestants to turn in their best photo for judging.

Competitors can also compete in several fun optional competitions for the chance to win great prizes. These competitions include best smile, overall most beautiful, and talent.

Girls who take home their age division titles will not only be given the opportunity to compete at the state pageant, but they’ll also enjoy a crown, banner, and their beauty fees paid to the state pageant. Even the four runners-up per division will get a lovely plaque and $25 off of their state beauty fees.

Lots of other awards are available too! To get in on the fun, all you have to do is register your little one for the pageant, which will be held at 1pm on February 21, 2015 at W.J. Barefoot Auditorium in Benson, NC. For more information or to register, contact Ericka Keen at
