May 6: The Mesoplanets (Rabble & Twine at the Living Arts Collective in Durham, presented as part of the Durham Independent Dance Artists’ season).

May 9: Move – Beyond – Live on Tour, starring the brother-and-sister dancing duo of Derek Hough and Julianne Hough (Durham Performing Arts Center).

May 13: An Afternoon with Dr. Seuss (North Carolina Symphony and the Triangle Youth Ballet in Meymandi Concert Hall in Raleigh).

May 13-14: Peter Pan (Durham Ballet Theatre at The Carolina Theatre of Durham).

May 18-21: Carmen (Carolina Ballet, with the Chamber Orchestra of the Triangle, in Raleigh Memorial Auditorium).

May 21: Spring Repertoire, featuring The Seasons and A Lesson in Percussion by Carolina Ballet’s choreographer-in-residence Zalman Raffael (Raleigh Dance Theatre, with the Triangle Youth Phiharmonic, in Jones Auditorium at Meredith College in Raleigh).
