Select Downtown Restaurants offer Symphony Dinner Specials In Celebration of Pops Concert on Saturday, September 12


In celebration of the FREE Pops Concert featuring the NC Symphony and the Red Clay Ramblers scheduled for Saturday, September 12 at 7:30 pm in Moore Square, select restaurants will offer a Symphony Dinner Special in their venue during their normal dinner hours on Saturday, September 12.

Concert attendees can kick-off the evening at one of the participating downtown dining establishments–most of which are located within a short walking distance of Moore Square. Reservations are recommended (when applicable). President and CEO of the Downtown Raleigh Alliance, David Diaz, says, “The Symphony Dinner Specials give event goers an added incentive to dine downtown before enjoying a free concert in the charming setting of Moore Square.”

Participating restaurants and specials include:

The Oxford: Fall salad with blackened Atlantic salmon and a glass of Vouvray (a great pairing) for $16

The Big Easy: Choice of one bottle of one, one appetizer, two salads, two entrées, and one dessert off of the “Symphony Dinner Special” menu for $60 per couple (tax and gratuity not included).

Posta Tuscan Grille: Three-course prix fixe dinner for $35 per person (beverages, tax, and tip not included).

The Mint: Three-course prix fixe dinner reduced from $30 to $25 with mention of the “Symphony Dinner Special.”

Second Empire: Three-course prix fixe dinner for $32.95 per person (beverages, tax, and tip not included).

The Duck and Dumpling: Three-course prix fixe dinner for $28 (beverages, tax, and tip not included).
