Raleigh Little Theatre is holding auditions for “The Man Who Came To Dinner” by George Kaufman and Moss Hart. The production will be directed by Haskell Fitz-Simons and will be presented in the Cantey V. Sutton Main Stage Theatre. Lots of great roles! This play calls for a “cast of thousands” (The chaotic climax of Act Two is a classic in comedic theatre history!)
Location: RLT Sutton Main Stage Theatre

About the show: A comedy in three acts by Moss Hart and George S. Kaufman. This hilarious satire, first presented in 1941 by RLT, contains a whirling vortex of one liners, frequent and speedy entrances and exits, pratfalls, put-downs and come-uppances. The telling of this classic play gives a new generation the rare pleasure of high farce, underlined with wit and intelligence.
NOTE: Even though auditions for “The Man Who Came To Dinner” are in October, rehearsals will not begin until after the New Year with performances from February 10th-27th.
