Clayton Youth Theater Little Shop of Horrors

Event Details

This event finished on 05 August 2017

Celebrate 10 years of Clayton Youth Theater, as we go back to our roots (literally!) and present the very first show we staged in 2007 — the sci-fi musical comedy Little Shop of Horrors. Seymour Krelborn is a meek and dejected assistant at a floral shop who happens upon a strange plant, which he affectionately names “Audrey II” after his co-worker crush. Little does he know that this strange and unusual plant will develop a soulful R&B voice and an unquenchable thirst for HUMAN BLOOD. With an electrifying 1960s pop/rock score by Alan Menken and Howard Ashman, this charmingly tongue in cheek comedy is sure to leave audiences screaming … with laughter!
