The Chamber Orchestra of the Triangle present Masters of the 19th Century

Come join the Chamber Orchestra of the Triangle for a concert featuring the works of George Walker, Johannes Brahms, and Antonin Dvorak. Entitled “Masters of the 19th Century,” this program offers two staples of the orchestra repertoire in Brahms’ “Haydn Variations” and Dvorak’s Violin Concerto featuring violinist Tim Fain, best known for his work with composer Phillip Glass and appearance in the blockbuster film “Black Swann”. The program will begin with Walker’s “Lyric for Strings”, the second work of the COT’s new Living Composer Series.
