There are two words for the National Theatre of Scotland’s wrenching rendition of Scottish playwright Gregory Burke’s harrowing Iraq war play, “Black Watch,” which occupied the Memorial Hall stage on Feb. 8-13 as part of Carolina Performing Arts’ International Theater Festival.
