For the child in all of us, “Mary Poppins” is the acceptable entry into the enchanted world of imagination, and if for no other reason than to unleash the child inside all of us, this production of the show is worthy of the price of a seat.
Madeline Trumble and Con O’Shea-Creal Will Star as Mary and Bert in “Mary Poppins” Feb. 12-17 at DPAC
On Feb. 12-17, the Durham Performing Arts Center will present the North American tour of “Mary Poppins,” which is based on the 2006 Broadway musical version of beloved 1964 Walt Disney film based on P.L. Travers’ stories about a nanny with magical powers. The national tour of “Mary Poppins” stars Madeline Trumble as Mary Poppins and Con O’shea-Creal as her friend the Cockney jack-of-all-trades Bert.
